The following shipping methods concern areas within Greece. For product shipments in Cyprus please contact us.
1. Delivery to the place specified by the customer: In case the product is going to be sent to the place chosen by the Customer, the product is delivered to an external partner (courier or transportation company) and the Customer is informed by e-mail that the product is ready to be shipped. The shipping costs are automatically calculated ny the system based on the Customer's order. Delivery by Transportation Company: Please note that delivery by transportation company is possible onlu in the prefectures of Attica, Iraklion, Lassithi, Rethymno and Chania.
2. Collection from the store: Upon completion of the order, please select collection from the store. You will be informed about when your order will be ready for receipt. The collection of merchandise from our store are performed every day from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:00 and always upon consultation with our company.
3. Delivery to a transportation company of your choice in Iraklion or in Attica: In this case, our company undertakes the transfer to the agency of your choice and charges you only the corresponding amount. The cost of transportation from the agency you choose to your place is agreed and paid by you directly to the agency.
4. Collection from a cooperating transportation company in Thessaloniki: In this way, you are given the chance to collect your products from our cooperating agency in Thessaloniki.

For every product our system calculates the exact shipping of each product, depending on the area.
Shipping time: The time required to start shipping your order is within 48 hours (2 working days) if the products are ready to be delivered. The delivery time of the products to the final destination usually range from 2 to 10 days, depending on the shipping method and the place of destination.
For purchases from Cyprus and countries outside Greece: it is necessary to consult with your company or indicate the carrier of your choice.
Force majeure: Our COMPANY is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure and therefore our COMPANY is entitled to an extension of the processing time. Examples include strikes, terrorist attacks, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters.
